These terms govern use of SoldSheet, auction-house management software operated by Outside the Box Development. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your business.
SoldSheet provides cataloging, marketplace export, invoicing, payments tooling, and consignor settlement for auction businesses. AI catalog drafts are suggestions: you review and accept every listing, and you are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish and sell. Marketplace exports produce files you upload through your own marketplace accounts; your relationship with each marketplace is governed by their terms, not ours.
Plans bill monthly through Stripe, in advance, and you can cancel at any time from the billing page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Trials require no card. Plan limits (such as AI-cataloged lots per month) are stated on the pricing page; we don't charge overage without asking first. We take no commission or percentage of your sales.
If you connect a Stripe account to collect buyer payments, you are the merchant of record: funds settle to your account, and refunds, disputes, and chargebacks are between you, your buyer, and Stripe. SoldSheet surfaces payment status but is not a party to those transactions.
Your records are yours. Catalogs, results, and settlement data export as CSV from the product on any plan, and we provide a complete export of your remaining records on request — with no export fee, including after cancellation. We use your content only to provide the service.
Use the product only for lawful auction business. You are responsible for complying with the laws that govern your sales, including any licensing, titled-goods, and firearms rules that apply to you. Accounts used to abuse the service or other users may be suspended.
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including outcomes of your sales.
You end it by cancelling; we may end it for breach of these terms with notice. Either way, your export rights above survive.
