SoldSheetis auction-house management software operated by Outside the Box Development. This policy describes what we collect, why, and the rights you have over it. The short version: we collect what the product needs to run, we don't sell data, and your records export completely whenever you ask.
Account data — your name, email address, and organization details, collected at sign-up and used to operate your account and send service email.
Customer content — the auction records you store in the product: lots, photos, consignors, buyers, invoices, and settlement statements. This data belongs to your business. We process it only to provide the service, including generating AI catalog drafts from photos you upload.
Billing data— subscription payments are processed by Stripe; we store your plan and subscription status, not your card number. If you connect a Stripe account to collect payments from your buyers, that account is yours, and your buyers' payment details go to Stripe directly, never to us.
Usage data — product analytics about how the app is used, collected only where analytics is enabled and, where consent rules apply, only with your consent. Marketing tags on this website are off by default until consent is given.
Account and customer content persist for the life of your subscription. After cancellation, you can export everything; we delete customer content on request and purge expired demo sandboxes on a schedule.
Only the processors the product runs on: hosting and database infrastructure, Stripe for payments, our email provider for service and lifecycle email, and our AI provider for catalog drafts. Each receives only what its function requires. We do not sell personal data.
You can access, export, correct, or delete your data. Catalogs, results, and settlement data export self-serve as CSV, a complete export of everything else is available on request, and there is never an export fee. For anything else, email us and we'll act on it.
